This Privacy Policy explains how Luanacreative LLC (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with your use of the LuckOut Timer mobile application (the “App”). We respect your privacy and have designed the App so that you do not have to share any personal data with us.

The LuckOut Timer App does not collect, store, transmit, or share any information from you or your device. Specifically, we do not gather:
- Personally identifiable information
- Device identifiers or analytics data
- Location data
- Health or fitness metrics
- Usage statistics or crash logs
2. Data Stored Locally on Your Device
All timer settings, round counts, work and rest durations, and any other App‑generated data remain only on your device (iPhone and Apple Watch, if applicable). This information never leaves your device through the App, and we have no access to it.
3. No Third‑Party Services or Tracking
- The App does not use third‑party analytics tools, advertising networks, or social media plugins.
- There are no background connections to external servers initiated by the App.
4. Security
Because your data never leaves your device, the risk of unauthorized access or disclosure is minimized. We still recommend that you keep your device’s operating system up to date and use a passcode or biometric lock to protect all local data.
5. Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Since no data is collected, there is no information for us to delete or safeguard.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. When we do, we will post the revised version in the App and update the Effective Date above. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated policy.
