3.1 Workout Log Data
- What: exercise names, target reps or duration, actual time spent, and timestamps.
- Where stored: locally via Core Data and, if you enable iCloud, in your private CloudKit container.
- Why: to display your workout history.
- Developer access: none.
3.2 Exercise Preferences
- What: favorite (thumbs up) or blocked (thumbs down) status.
- Where stored: locally via Core Data and, if iCloud is enabled, synced through CloudKit.
- Why: to personalize future workouts.
- Developer access: none.
3.3 App Settings
- What: configuration choices such as recovery time between exercises and any custom default reps or duration you set.
- Where stored: locally using application settings storage and, if you opt in, through iCloud Key-Value Store.
- Why: to remember your preferences across devices.
- Developer access: none.
3.4 Diagnostic Data (optional)
Apple may collect anonymous crash and performance logs if you opt in. The data is aggregated and cannot identify you.
3.5 Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect personally identifiable data, HealthKit data, third-party analytics, or advertising identifiers.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use data only to:
- Provide core App features (generate workouts, time sets, show history).
- Sync your data across devices when iCloud is enabled.
- Fix bugs via anonymous crash logs (if you opt in).
We never use your data for advertising or profiling.
5. Data Storage and Security
- On-device: stored in Apple-managed containers that inherit iOS encryption.
- iCloud: encrypted in transit and at rest in your private CloudKit space. Although we follow secure-coding best practices, no system is perfectly secure.
6. iCloud Synchronization Controls
Enable or disable sync at any time: Settings › [Your Name] › iCloud › Show All › CaLUCKthenics. Turning sync off stops new transfers; existing iCloud data remains until you remove it.
7. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your Workout Logs, Exercise Preferences, or App Settings with any third party. Your data stays on your devices or in your private iCloud container.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
- Exercise Preferences: kept until you tap Reset Exercise Defaults in the Setup view or delete the App.
- Custom Defaults & App Settings: kept until you reset defaults, change the setting in the App, or delete the App.
After you delete CaLUCKthenics, all local data is removed immediately. Any data already synced to iCloud remains in your account until you delete it: Settings › [Your Name] › iCloud › Manage Storage › CaLUCKthenics.
9. User Rights and Controls
- View: see your history and preferences inside the App.
- Modify: change favorites, blocked status, custom reps, and settings.
- Delete: use the in-App tools or remove data via iCloud settings.
10. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. Contact us if you believe we have done so.
11. Future Functionality
If future versions require new data, we will update this Policy and request any necessary consent.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may revise this Policy from time to time. Updates take effect when posted in the App. Check the effective date to see the latest version.

CaLUCKthenics is provided for general fitness education and informational purposes only and does not constitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All physical exercise carries inherent risk, including risk of injury, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, and physical or mental strain.
- You are voluntarily participating in the exercises and features provided in this App at your own risk.
- You are solely responsible for evaluating your own physical health and ensuring the exercises are safe and appropriate for you.
- You agree to consult with a licensed medical professional before beginning any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, have an existing injury or health condition, or are over the age of 40.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luanacreative LLC and its developers disclaim all liability for any injury, loss, claim, or damages of any kind resulting from the use or misuse of this App or any content contained herein.
